"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. "This is one of.the cleanest places we have stayed. Beautiful husband and wife run hotel. They couldn't do enough for us. They had thought of everything to put in the room. Seriously it was that clean you could eat off the floor. I ordered myself one of the lights with charger for my own home aswell. we will stay there everytime we travel that way. Thankyou."
