"The water in the hotel was brown and when confronte by the stuff they said thats just how it is around here. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they were OUTSIDE!!! Not even small room for them to be inside out of the weather."

"Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement."

"I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away."

"The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable & the showers hot water was great. The rooms floor was dirty by the headboard like it hadn't been swept in weeks & also the bathroom floor. The only outlets that worked were the ones in the bathroom. No electricity by the bed, no TV, no outlets worked in the kitchenette. My grandson couldn't even plug in his cpap machine due to plugs not working. The office closes at 7pm & by the time we went to bed it was too late to call. My 5 year old grandson...

"Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving."

"The hotel is situated in a busy intersection so we heard sirens all night. When I arrived, the lobby area smelled clean and the staff lady was very pleasant. The elevators smelled a little weird. Upon entering our room, there was a dead bug laying on the ac unit. The carpets were stained with normal wear and tear so probably needs a good deep cleaning. The nearby Ruby Tuesdays saved our late arrival with dinner which we carried out. It was so nearby that we walked just a few hundred yards to...

"I reserved 4 rooms and all the rooms smelled like mildew. Carpet needed cleaning. TV did not work and sink was clogged up. All the bathtubs were horrible. Had to wear shower shoes in the tub. We stayed 2 nights and room service was unavailable for cleaning and replenishing the towels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
