"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have.
