we've stayed a few times because it's halfway from home to our destination. Breakfast is good if you get there in time to get some, staff usually refuses to put more out if breakfast is ending within 30 to 45 min so don't wait too late. Rooms are old but fine, definitely smell old but gets better ...

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
