Great Stay
We stayed overnight on our way back from Lambeau Field. The hotel staff was excellent as were the accommodations.

Good stay
Tamara at the front desk was outstanding and the staff was super helpful and considerate. Overall cleanliness was high, but there were sticky floor stains between the 2 beds in room 333 -so gross!! Service was outstanding - staff was committed to guests having a great experience.

Three days after a snowstorm of approximately 10 inches of snow, the parking lot had not been cleaned very well. As a matter of fact, it was a mess. We were disappointed in having to wade through snow to get back-and-forth to our vehicle and to track it into our room.

Nice hotel. Asked for adjoining rooms, did not get, but a door in our room to the next room!.. No carpet in the rooms??.. why? Handicapped Parking spaces were full Of snow, not cleared at all! Traveled with my 81 year old mother who could have used that! No curtains and no carpet made the rooms feel cold. Otherwise good breakfast, great service from staff! Clean rooms.

Place was very nice and clean. Room was clean & beds were comfy. But one major problem. The pool. The website & the information sheet from the front desk said they had a Heated Pool, open until 10pm. We got to the pool room about 8pm. It was very cold inside the pool area. And i stepped in to the pool & the water was freezing cold. And it didnt look like the filter was running. Nobody else was in the pool. You would probably get sick if you went in there. Not sure what happened. The lady at the desk said "I'm sorry" and that was it. No explanation. I would have went to Blue Harbor if i would have known the pool here was not useable. The pool was the main reason we came to this Holiday Inn. Total Ripoff

Front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were incredibly helpful. Parking was convenient and hotel is in a good location. The beds were comfortable and everything was kept in good, clean condition. The only complaint is that the rooms have thin walls. I kept waking up from hearing loud noises outside in the hall.

Older hotel that hasn’t been updated much. Staff was not very friendly, seemed like I was an imposition. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. There was also a lot of highway noise which they can’t control.

The first thing you smelled were paint fumes. They must be busy updating rooms. The pool was pool was poorly lit and the paint was peeling from the bottom of the pool. Service was great!
