"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. "I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The staff are extremely helpful with anything you may need and very willing to accommodate requests based on difficult travel times, etc. The restaurant, spa and gym are all excellent and the hotel is well situated for both a quite stay, but a short walk to the central areas of Kyiv."
