"The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The carpet in the room and hallways was filthy. The furniture in the room was peeling. Chairs in lobby were dirty. Front desk staff was never at desk. They hung out in a back room. At 7am a patron had a question and was banging on the back room door for about 15 minutes. No one came to help her. About 20 minutes later the worker came out stretching. Obvious he had been asleep. Will not stay there again. I have stayed in way better in Kansas City...

"Very clean and very convenient for the Amtrak station as the extended Streetcar line stops nearby. Quiet comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. The only negative is the US20 parking fee, which I avoided by travelling there by Streetcar and picking up the rental car the following morning, also by Streetcar"

"I had a really wonderful experience. Nice rooms, very clean facility, and great location downtown. I was not far from Starbucks and a nice Streetcar Grille restaurant. Very good food there. A quick walk from the hotel and also a quick walk to the KC Streetcar. The staff was very polite and helpful. All the free bottles of water you need! I drink alot of water so I loved that! "The property is very hard to find and harder to get to. It is not located in the best area of town and somewhere it should tell you about how bad the location is.
