Crompton Moor This walled track is on the lower slopes of the moor above Brushes Clough quarry. There are many tracks on this large area of open space on the edge of Shaw's urban area. It is a very popular amenity for off road cyclists, dog walkers and other lovers of the countryside.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Fairly small room but big enough for 2 unless you have a lot of luggage. I love that I can walk to the airport from here. Food options are a bit limited.
