"Matt the manager was very friendly and offered compensation since they placed us in the wrong room. The entire staff was very friendly. Great amenities, pool, sauna, gym and jacuzzi were all very great and in very good condition."

"Stopped here on our drive back from Washington for a quick rest. Room was decent for what we needed. Did not get to try the breakfast as we were in a hurry to leave the next day to continue our trip. Overall average stay and definitely smelled better than the previous hotel we stayed on our way through Redding. "

"Arrived just before midnight. Check-in was easy, staff was very welcoming. Nice modern touches, but there were a few issues. The bathroom doorknob was very loose and nearly fell off. It looks like the room had been broken into in the past with damage to the doorframe with a poorly made repair and obvious relocation of the upper door lock (made me wonder how safe this location was). Lots of breakfast options, but most were slim pickings when we got there, 30 minutes before breakfast ended."

"We were making a quick family trip to Oregon and couldn't finish the drive. Looked for a pet-friendly hotel just before midnight and found Comfort Suites. Russell, the only on-staff person, who was pretty new, was very friendly and helpful in our check-in process. The hotel was clean, safe, and provided a free breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and professional."

"Convenient location, pool and hot tub was good, rooms mostly clean, bathrooms could use a better cleaning, door to the room looked like it was kicked in, hallway floors around the tiled area are very dirty. "
