Check-in was easy at the front desk. The parking lot is a bit tight & snug. But overall, a good experience. I would stay here again."

"We had to visit Chico for a long stay, & the cleanliness and customer service was exceptional. Tilly the GM was very kind, and the front desk lady (samantha, I think?) was very welcoming. Breakfast was great w/ many options! The rooms smelled so clean almost like brand new furniture, w/ great features in the room. My son loved being able to stream videos on the TV and the kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!"
