"The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights of stairs to get to the room. My grandson (9) even commented that they had a better room at the same hotel than we did. The overhead room light is on some type of motion control and if my husband or I moved wrong in our sleep the light would blind us and wake us up. We tried putting tape over the switch but it didn’t work so every time I got up to go to the bathroom I woke my husband up by blinding lights. I will not be back. "

"We had a room that the bathroom was dirty, had no soap and the other bottles had already been opened and used. It was your person that worked the night desk who came and picked up papers and wash cloth left. We did see the missing soap until late at night when we went to take a shower. And breakfast was not to my liking. I eat eggs and there were none not even hard boiled. I don’t consider gravy and biscuits a breakfast. Very disappointed in all "

"Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. "
