Radisson Collection Hyland Shanghai
8/10 Baik
"I had a lovely stay at Radisson Collection Hyland Shanghai for 4 nights. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. A special thank you to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite! Having a separate living area made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the complimentary beer, drinks and chocolates, such a thoughtful touch! The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit different tastes. However, I would like to highlight 3 areas that need improvement. Firstly, the cleanliness of the public washrooms near the reception needs more attention. They should be checked and maintained regularly throughout the day, especially during breakfast hours. Unfortunately, I encountered something unpleasant that was very off-putting, particularly when I had just finished breakfast. Secondly, I was disappointed with the housekeeping standards and service attitude at the buffet restaurant. When the staff cleared the plates left by previous dinners, they overlooked the used tissue papers on the carpet under my table. When I pointed this out, the supervisor appeared reluctant to attend to it. I believe clearing the tables should include checking the surrounding floor area, and guests should not have to remind staff to maintain basic cleanliness."

Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre
10/10 Cemerlang
"I’m so glad that I stayed this hotel, previously I stayed in Conrad and I found that Marriott is better. Thank you for a staff, LENA that gave us some supportive actions throughout my trip."
Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road by IHG
8/10 Baik
Blossom House Shanghai On The Bund
8/10 Baik
"The room is nice and clean, big and we had a wonderful 5 nights stay with them. The only drawback is that their aircon is centralized and during winter there will only be hot air that came out... we raised our concern and they gave us a standing fan after that... "
