She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the hotel!!! My family and I are strongly recommending this hotel because it is not only located at the heart of tourist hubs (near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square), but it consists of staff with big hearts!!!"

"The location is great for good food and tourism. The beds were comfortable and changed daily. We felt right at home. There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking."
