"This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didnโt want to compensate in any manner except that they were โsorryโ. Didnโt even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold.
There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well.
Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy.
Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

Close to Zemach junction (by car)
The room and facilities were generally ok.
The room was cold and air conditioning was very noisy.
There were extra pillows and blanket.
The walls are thin and you can hear people outside and next door noises
Didn't have a chance to use the pool or eat the breakfast"

"This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."
