"The hotel was dirty, and there was a persistent bad smell in both the common areas and my room. Furthermore, the receptionist was very rude. The door had significant gaps, which allowed a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway to disturb my stay."

I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night."
