"A totally terrible experience. This hotel seems to fill up because of the young persons groups that stay there. They are noisy teens or early 20's, smoke in the halls, make noise all hours of the night - all the while the hotel staff says there is nothing they can do. Finally, day 4 of our 6 days stay ended with a leaky toilet. Staff response "We have no one to fix it until the morning and we are all booked up so there are no rooms to move you to". We checked out. They were all apologetic...
