"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. "Honestly, this is the hotel I will be staying at anytime I’m in Philadelphia moving forward. Especially if attending an event at the xfinity mobile area. The drive from the hotel there was literally 9mins away, there’s a Wawa at the end of the block, each room has a cute little balcony. The hotel and rooms have a colorful but yet chic aesthetic 10/10 recommend and looking forward to my next stay."

"Breakfast was great!"

"Clean rooms and helpful staff"

"Overall, it was a nice place to stay but when we arrived were informed of the $20 fee they charge for parking. Nowhere when I booked the room did it explain that parking was not free"

"Fire alarm went off 5 times due to a mechanical failure. Then emergency lighting system inside our room continued flashing long after alarms subsided."

"Like it"

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"There was a strong egg like smell in the facility which made it hard for me to breathe properly but aside that I enjoyed my stay"

"Close to Xfinity Mobile Arena"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was nice, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back"
