Very comfortable, nice rooms and helpful staff. A bit of a walk, @15-20 mins, but flat and doabl into the center of town. Breakfast is a bit weak, they could do better.

Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Location was awesome! The room was spacious and comfortable; their was good ventilation in the room even though there wasn’t air conditioning. They had an elevator/lift! Yay!

el estacionamiento es un poco chico pero estuvo bien. Lastima que justo frente al hotel hay un lugar enorme donde se estaciona GRATIS pero obviamente no lo supimos hasta despues de pagar el estacionamiento en el hotel.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear , el mobiliario a excepción de la cama y la lenceria del baño , esta viejo , pasado y desgastado , aun con moqueta en las zonas comunes , el baño muy antiguo y con bañera , muy incomodo . Necesita una actualización importante .

I was on the 6th floor.was a bit noisy at times with people talking loudly in the hallway.would have liked tea/coffee facilities. Fridge in room and safe.very close to major attractions. So easy to get around.if your 18 to 40 ish.i would recomend a hotel in macarena or centro District .thats where the lively nightlife seems to be.

Amazing. From great full breakfast for $10 to help with printing Covid test nothing was but perfect. Opposite plaza espana and only a 15 minute walk to cathedral and old quarters. Reasonably priced

Muy bien pero no perfecto

El hotel está muy bien situado junto a plaza de españa. El desayuno bueno. Todo muy bien excepto: Hay ruido, se escucha en exceso el ruido de las bajantes (no era continua así que me imagino que era el sonido de cuando alguien usa el WC...), el transito del pasillo tambien se escucha mucho y la limpieza empieza a mi modo de ver muy pronto por lo que el ruido era constante y desde antes de las 9 de la mañana. La habitación supuestamente era con vista a la ciudad y daba a un callejón con un edificio feo a escasos metros... Para mi eso no son vistas. Las zonas comunes están sin reformar pero las habitaciones si están reformadas y muy bien.
