I traveled for vacation with my husband and sister and this was the perfect accommodation for us. Spacious, clean and with all you need for your stay. The best perk is the location as all important landmarks are within a short walking distance. Stores, restaurants, supermarkets and we even walked to the bus stop, to take the bus to the airport. We stayed 5 days. Cristina Fidalgo, our host, was easy to reach and responded to our questions via text message. The last day of our stay, the ac when off and maintenance came in less than 10 minutes to fix the problem. Check in and out is easy. We arrived early, therefore we were able to leave our luggage in a lock storage in front of the apt at a cost of 11 euros. There are other locks in the area that charge less, about 7 to store your luggage. The host text you or email you the code to enter the apt right before checking in. However, we entered our information following the link in an email. I will return to this apt if I go back to Sevil.

Great and smooth communication. Property mgmt staff will meet you personally to check in but if late check in after 9pm you will be charged extra. Kitchen fully equipped along with a dishwasher and we cooked a lot. They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which was very helpful. There is no dryer but we just hung clothes to dry in apt. Beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Location is super fantastic, right in center yet on a quiet pedestrian only street so we were able to sleep well. Grocery store and many restaurants nearby. As it is pedestrian only zone, cabs drop you offhalf a block away which is no issue. Bathroom does have some mold growing in shower which should be cleaned. There is no separate exhaust fan in bathroom. Adjusting the temperature in apt was a bit confusing but we were able to figure it out. Coffee pods provided but no salt, sugar or oil. Overall, clean, quiet and a great place.

We had a little inconvenience caused by the construction across the street but the management made sure to do everything to please us. They moved us into a new apartment that was even nicer than the first. The Calle Francos location was central, in the middle of old town , walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The pull out sofa little uncomfortable but the bedroom was very comfy. Good communication, helpful and friendly management.

La casa è posta in una strada centralissima, che consente di essere nei luoghi di maggiore interesse con pochi piacevolissimi passi. Esattamente di fronte c’è un minimarket praticamente sempre aperto, che ha risolto le necessità di acqua e prima colazione. La procedura per entrare in casa e qualsiasi richiesta é stata gestita via whatsapp, ma con un tempismo e una gentilezza ineccepibile. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione!
