We hadden appartement nummer 48. Leuk binnenplein. De meeste appartementen grenzen echter aan de straat. Hierdoor ‘snachts bijzonder veel geluidsoverlast.

Good location and the lady who greeted us was very helpful and nice. Washing machine was greatly appreciated. Bed was terrible (somewhere between a futon and a sofa-bed) and the internet wifi was almost non-existent.

TOP Lage ((10 Fuß-Minuten von den Monumenten entfernt) und dennoch eine Oase der Ruhe mit riesigem Innenhof und vielen Pflanzen. Im Appartement fehlt nichts; man muss nicht immer auswärts essen.

'Superior' is far and above 'basic' option

Great apartment, comfortable and clean with great amenities and good location central to Seville.Very quiet with 'house rules' for the complex - do not stay here if you want to make any noise!

Ótima localização

Ótima localização. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso. Espaço amplo e limpo. Porém havia dentro do apartamento uma porta que dava para outra acomodação, o que permitia ouvirmos as pessoas do outro lado. A disposição do complexo também permitia a ouvir os ruídos das pessoas que vinham da rua.

Staying in a part of Seville's history!

Wonderful location - a haven in the old city and peaceful. Well equipped studio - tea towel, hairdryer, TV, toilet rolls - in addition to the basics. Very comfortable for one, maybe two, but no more people. A bit careworn in some aspects/in need of upgrading. e.g. Kitchen area - barely any work top space to prepare food on, no drainer /anywhere to put wet items washed up, the fridge's ice box a frozen block of ice and unusable. Also dangerous doors on cupboards above sink - broken hinges. Grouting in bathroom showing areas of mould. Just a bit of TLC to improve these aspects would be appreciated. Maria was very welcoming but no one made any contact after my arrival, which was ok as there were no problems arising. I enjoyed being there. Finally - the phot of a room shown in the advert was not the place I stayed in - should be changed.

Lovely historic courtyard apartment

Apartment in Delightful historic courtyard, great for sitting out in the morning and evening. Well equipped. Beds not too comfy, small windows (normal in an old property) & a little noisy. But overall a great place to stay if you like something’s a little different to a modern hotel.

Fin de semana en el apartamento corral del Conde

El precioso patio sevillano dónde se encuentra el apartamento es razón suficiente para ir. La localización es bastante buena y el apartamento está en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y tiene utensilios suficientes para desayunar, cocinar etc.

Destacar: localización

Estudio muy bien situado, a 10 minutos de la catedral, a 5 minutos de la Seta y de la. Zona comercial y a 20 minutos de la estación Renfe. Muy limpio. La hija del propietario muy simpática y atenta, nos esperaba a nuestra llegada.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

L'appartement était spacieux et propre. Il est bien équipé. Il y avait juste la ventilation de la salle de bains qui était bruyante. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il est bien placé proche des sites à visiter et des restaurants. Il y a aussi des supermarchés pas loin.

bellissima location, posizione strategica.

Monolocale piccolo ma confortevole e pulito; ottima soluzione per un week end, ma non per più' tempo. Peccato per la finestra poco insonorizzata che da sulla strada, molto trafficata anche al mattino presto. Anche se la struttura offre diversi tipi di appartamenti a seconda del proprietario che affitta, il complesso ha un giardino comune interno bellissimo, che vale la pena di provare.
