Soulless!
after searching for over an hour and with the help of locals we still couldn’t find this property! and that was just to pick the key up! After spending further time looking for Las Crues we demanded that the receptionist take us there! ‘He was very rude!’ Which a bell hop did! Thru very narrow streets and alleyways! We weren’t shown how to work anything! Do not stay in apartment 2b as it’s the top floor where all the air conditioning motors are! Hence the constant humming! The apartment was featureless and soulless! I could go on! Easier to stay outside the city walls!!

Dear Richard, Customer Service is essential for us, so please accept our apologies if you felt our receptionist´s behaviour was not appropiate. The narrow streets and alleyways are part of the charm of our neighbourghood, but It is indeed easy to get lost in this area and you should have been offered help at once. We will also review the map and information that we emailed you before your arrival, in case we can improve it.

Basic but good for sightseeing
The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the main sights. Rooms were also very basic, but the kitchen which we didn't really use had cockroaches. Something needs to be done about that, otherwise location is the main thing.

Nice place!!!
It was clean and spacious. Walking distance to the major sightseeing places. I regretted not staying more days (we stayed only 1 day) in this apartment.

The apartments are located in a small, gated complex you can only reach by foot. No cars can travel through the quaint little streets. The apartment is a nice 2/2 with kitchen amenities. The staff works at different locations all within a few minutes of walking distance. They are available 24hrs and are the friendliest staff you’ll find. The Santa Cruz area is charming and lively with many bars and restaurants for all.

The lack of daily housekeeping services. We did not know that it was not included in the price of the apartment. Something should have been said in advertisement and an option to purchase. After all, that the luxury of vacation

Skip it! Not good value. This is a very basic apartment. Everything is functional but nothing more. The space is cramped, dark and dank from the nasty sewage water smell. The 4 single beds are low quality as are the linens and bedding. Furniture is cheap and disposable. No amenities beyond hair and body wash - I had to call to get the places cleaned after two days and they don’t clean the kitchen. The walls were paper thin and the area and building very noisy. I could hear our neighbors dialing their cell phone it was that bad. The breakfast was disgusting - eggs were rubbery and green, nothing was fresh. The location was very good in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood and the staff was helpful and friendly - but you can’t make up for the poor accommodations. It needs a major renovation and update to be comparative with anything in this price range. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic location
This is a simple, perhaps sparce, appartment but it is kept spotlessly clean and there is a nearby reception that you can go to at anytime if you require assistance. The location couldn't be better, in a small plaza in Santa Cruz barrio. You will be close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. On the downside there is noise from other appartments but it is tolerable.

location is good, but it's not easy to check-in
It is very close to the seville cathedral and public car park(22 euros a day). The room is clean and comfortable. But it is not easy to find the apartment. I went to murillo hotel to check-in. But the staff made me go to another murillo hotel, although it was very close. After checking in, the staff showed me a map and let me know how to find my apartment. It was very trouble some. Another problem is when we arrived at the apartment, we couldn't use hot water. I didn't know how to operate the boiler until I the staff told me.

Disappointing
The advantages: great location, spacious apartments, and decent beds. The cons, which are significant enough to compel me to write such a review: atrocious acoustics... the apartment itself echoes from a lack of decor, and the walls / floors are paper thin. I could hear children in other apartments playing with light switches, and on our second night a British woman knocked on at least 4 apartments after ours (waking my whole family up), trying to find an apartment that was keeping her up after midnight - a desperate and very rude approach, to say the least. We were on the ground floor, where for privacy we had to keep our blinds closed. It felt like a dungeon. I also noted that the ground floor kitchen window had no lock on it, therefore offering us no security. Anyone could have climbed in to our window from the common courtyard. Light bulbs were burned out, the couch was disgustingly stained, the television very small (offering something like 17 channels), and even worse, there was no escaping the sewer smell (which I imagine may be common to the old city center). This was the worst of all the hotels we stayed at in our month-long stay in Spain.

Excelente for the price.
This is the perfect location to enjoy the best of Sevilla. Service was outstanding!!! Very good price, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is ok, but a little bit pricey. If I visit Sevilla again I will stay in this hotel again, but I will skip the breakfast buffet.

How to sign in?
Lovely apartment in great location, BUT, when we arrived for their late 5 pm check in time, there was no reception on site. If it had not been for another group arriving from the main check in site, we might still be there waiting. We got no instructions that check in was at a site couple of blocks away. Loved the apartment for our short stay.

Good value for the space but basic facilities
Plenty of space in a 2 bed apartment. Very basic and sparcely decorated but all the essentials are there. Walls from outside and between apartments were very thin so it’s quite noisy when people walk past or are in other apartments. Check in was somewhere else, only a few minutes walk but can be a bit tricky to find. Staff were very helpful and it’s well located to explore Seville.

Great location, challenging checkin
nice apartment in a great location. the walls are very thin as we were kept awake until late each night by the ladies in the next apartment. We could hear everything they said through the walls until 3 am.

Amazing location, room, and amenities
The room was gigantic and so clean. There were windows everywhere which allowed natural light to come in and created a beautiful atmosphere. There is rooftop access that allows you to see one of the most beautiful sights in Sevilla. The only downsides that I experienced were very thin walls in the bedroom, so I had to sometimes sleep in the living room because I could hear my neighbors talking through the wall. They were not being loud, the walls were just that thin. Also, I had warm water for 2 days and after that I never got more warm water.

As a 1BR apartment, this place worked well and the building is well kept (only one cockroach found). Many organized tours and student groups pass through the square below during the day (not always quietly) but no traffic noise. Food shopping and good restaurants are nearby and key historical sites are within easy walking distance. Kitchenette and laundry were a bonus.

Too loud to sleep - would not recommend
We would not stay here again due to the noise at night. The apartments are on a small plaza surrounded on all sides by stone/brick buildings, meaning all sound is amplified. All night long on weekends an holidays (meaning until 5 AM) groups of loud people walked by on their way through the plaza and into the narrow passageways. We slept well only 2-3 nights of the 6 we stayed there - -being awakened every 20-30 minutes by noise. Two options: avoid an apartment on the plaza side or bring good earplugs.

Close to the Bridge and Centre - nice location
It is a nice apartment with everything you need, but the only downside from staying for three nights would be that there were no hot water for the whole two days we were there, called up the reception and said someone would be coming soon but never came, luckily the weather was super hot so showering in cold water was fine. Staff were helpful and nice, guided us from the hotel check in to our apartment. The location is perfect for those looking to explore and ending up finding the centre, walking along the bridge, finding good food etc. Would recommend as it is close by with what a tourist needs to have a good holiday.

Historic charmer
Great location in historic Seville. Close to restaurants, local shows and major sights. A little odd to check in at an alternate venue but it makes sense after you have arrived. Highly recommended.

Excellent sejour, appartement au calme tres propre le menage est fait chaque jour, en plein coeur de la ville historique dans le quartier santa cruz à proximite des monuments. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Hotel à une trentaine de minutes de l'aeroport en bus (EA) au tarif de 4€/pers. Je conseille fortement cet hotel les yeux fermes.

Ottima posizione, molto tranquillo, spazioso.
Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi da Real Alcazar e Cattedrale, ottimi ristoranti a 5 minuti. Spazioso, tranne il bagno, molto stretto, riscaldato bene, pulito, ottimo il Wi-Fi, silenzioso, con ascensore e in una bella piazzetta del centro storico di Siviglia. Bella la piccola terrazza se uno vuole far colazione a casa. Sconsiglio vivamente la colazione loro, 13 euro a persona sono un'enormità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
