However, we apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the breakfast menu and the follow-up from our General Manager. We aim to offer a wonderful experience and clearly fell short in your case. Our breakfast menu is always available in the welcome guide website linked in the pre-arrival emails, and we have now added it to our main website as well. We take your comments seriously and will use them to evaluate and improve our operations and guest interactions. We are a small private operation and we have our General Manager and staff on-site; no big corporation here. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future, showing the true quality of Berry Springs Lodge.

Many guests, both new and repeat, spanning various age groups and regions, have enjoyed our consistent 5-star experience. We always aim to ensure the best experience possible, and our staff is always willing to go above and beyond if concerns are raised. During your stay, please don't hesitate to raise anything that is not to your satisfaction. I assure you that espresso-based beverages are available, and our staff is prepared to make them upon request. We apologize that it wasn't clear that an Innkeeper is always on-site to ensure our guests feel valued and comfortable. In the evening they retire to another part of the lodge, but are available via the number provided. Your feedback is invaluable in our pursuit of continuous improvement. We truly hope we can show you the authentic Berry Springs Lodge experience on a future visit.
