"Problem: You can not control the temperature in your room (not like in any other hotel). It is centrally controlled and I do not like temp they use. It may save them on power bills but I can not sleep at their temp. Will not stay again. I forgot last time I stayed I went down to reception with the same problem. It was freezing and I told them the warmest place was in the lift."
