It certainly was the ultimate in no thrills and budget. As basic as you can possibly imagine. Beds were hard and small as possible room . Tv was competely in feench, most would have at least one news channel in english but fair play it is france. No water pressure in the shower. Very few wall sockets, you get to choose if you want to charge a phone...
