"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "Lovely for a one night stay over. Enjoyed the pool after a long drive. Room was clean however the shower leaked badly! Ate at the restaurant which we personally didn’t enjoy. Not many options if you don’t eat Buffalo!"
