"the WORST customer service i hv ever encountered in my 35 years of travel. Rubbish bin in kitchen was full to the brim and never emptied despite me telling the cleaners. cleaner just barged into my room, didn't even bother knocking. the owner should be banned from owning a hotel/hospitality service as he has ZERO MANNERS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. "

"I find Nuuk is expensive. But this hostel is nice to stay. It has 7 units with 2 bathrooms. A fully furnished kitchen. The management is very helpful in responding to questions. The building is set back from the street so beware of steep walks and stairs even inside. In the winter with snow, this could be treacherous. I like the kitchen that allows me to cook as well."

"The facility is located by the sea and has a great view of the sunrise. Rooms are clean and well kept. Only downside would be that you are renting by the room, not the entire cabin. There are other guests who would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen, and the rooms are not soundproof. There is some distance to the city as well. But all in all, great location to enjoy the nature."
