"The grounds are kept amazing. The gardens, pool and garden furniture are in great condition. However the villa is let down by the interior. It's showing its age and in need of some investment, walls are marked, curtains could do with a clean and bedding updated. The main let down for us was the villa house keepers, they are wonderful and friendly however i feel like they are doing the bare minimum. "Amazing service, both the hotel and the seaside restaurant. The front desk seemed truly interested if we had a good time and welcomed us back. I do want to go back. Two small issues. Don't folow Google maps to get there. It takes you just to the eastern edge of the property, not the entrance. Second. The beds were kind of hard. But we had the garden rooms and they were spacious and the grounds are beautiful. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Bali Taman very much. The grounds and rooms were lovely, the staff was attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately, beach access was not available due to construction which was not their fault. Pool was a nice alternative but we were disappointed that there was no beach access."
