"The location was peaceful and quiet, surrounded by a beautiful forest. The buildings were new and well-kept, but looked rustic. There was a nice stream, hammocks and grassy areas for the kids, a nice playground, and a restaurant on site with very helpful staff. "

The restroom door was broken, and no soap was provided for the bathtub. I requested it and asked for it to be placed in the room while I was out, but upon my return, nothing had been provided. "This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. "Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us.
