"The stay was fantastic. Although we did not get the room we had selected when booking, we got something a bit more accommodating. We stayed in the fairytale suite. It was spacious, appointed with curious details and it was beyond comfortable. We had a car with us and had no problem with parking as we stayed on a Sunday and a holiday Monday. "Such a pleasant stay in the most modern and ecxellent hotel. Special thanks to the young guy on the reception evening/night time. You were very friendly, kind and polite. "We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"Ottima struttura se si vuole soggiornare qualche giorno a Sofia in pieno centro. Camera pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Forse un po' limitato lo spazio per la colazione se la si vuole fare all'interno. Limitata anche la scelta del cibo, ma tutto sommato più che sufficiente."
