Very nice hotel for staying with family
Good location, only 2-3mins walk from Subway, very friendly and helpful staffs. Spacious, clean modern rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and definitely worth staying next time.

Requested help from front staff to order food in. We were in Korea and wanted to order Korean food but were told to order pizza or other non-Korean food due to the smell of korean food. We were foreigners in the country but there was no attempt by the staff to assist.

Great location, very comfy bed
A nice big room with a very comfortable bed, but a very confusing aircon, we baked the first night and froze the second. The bathroom is great, of course with a fancy korean electric toilet seat! Shower is powerful and toiletries are good (no free toothbrushes though). Location is excellent, if you go to Jongno-5 station and walk to the hotel in a zigzag via the back streets you find loads of really interesting local restaurants. Also two mins walk from a huge fabric, clothes and food market.

Hotel is fine. Not great for easily accessible restaurants. The breakfasts in Korean hotels do not cater to westerners. Unless you like Korean breakfast don't pay the extra. Good up somewhere.

Excellent hotel quiet location
We had a wonderful stay at this location. The shuttle was an excellent and the short walk to subway was no problem. The staff was excellent in guiding us to where we wanted to go on the bus or subway. Great location if you don't mind the walk.

First international trip & w/kids....awesome!
1st International family vacation and very happy w/ it. Hotel location is great. Near the subway line, market, convenient store, and coffee shop. Hotel service great...I can speak a bit Korean, but staff could speak some English so it was good. Only thing, I wish hotel had more counter space in bathroom and a mini microwave would have been great. But at least they had a mini frigerator. We would stay there again. Thank!

Excellent hotel for families
This hotel has an excellent location, 3 min walk from Jongno 5ga station exit 1. Though the lobby is small with just the caferia, the Gwangjang market, with lots of affordable authentic korean food is just opposite. If you need anything else, there are few convenience stores and starbucks nearby. We bought our toothbrushes at the subway station which has some shops too. The instructions given on the hotel website from the airport was very clear and accurate. Hotel staff are especially friendly and helpful when you need any assistance. The family room is clean and spacious for the 4 of us. I am really impressed with Ramada Jongno. In Seoul, who needs 5 stars frills! The city is remarkable!

Few minutes away from subway line 1, traditional market, and Dongdaemun shopping area. Free shuttle bus service to main location of city.

Ramada Jongno
The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and able to assist me with booking tours. The only area I see needing improvement would be for the hotel restaurant to offer dinner, in addition to offering breakfast and lunch. My arrival was in the evening and I was too tired to explore the neighborhood to find a suitable place to eat.

Nice hotel
Nice and clean hotel, walk around 5 mins to the metro nearby. However, it's still not very convenient if you return hotel in midnight after crazy shopping..... Overall, i still recommend it if you don't mind its location not in centre of the city.

Nice hotel closed to Gwangjang Market
The location is not easy to find on the first day. The hotel provides a free shuttle to go to Seoul Station and other shopping area and the driver is very nice in helping us to load our luggage on and off the shuttle. The room is spacious and clean. The Gwangjang Market is just cross the street of the hotel where you can find authentic Korean Food from breakfast to dinner. I will stay there again.

Bad customer service due to hotel policy.
Good Stay but issue start when we start checking in. They start check in 2:00PM but when we reached at 1:30PM asking us to wait till 2:00PM this is what I am not expected as travel from over seas after long flight should not be asked to wait. Room service is slow when we reached at 4:30PM after day tour our room is not maked up. Reason given we do clean up up-to 6:00PM Can't understand if check in time is 2:00PM and checkout at 12:00 which they follow strictly so room should be make up by 2:00Pm atleast. People on reception is good and helpful what i don't like the hotel policy.

Spacious Room
The suite cones with one king and two single beds are spacious, we got the corner room with a great view. The bathroom which started backing up the 2nd day was a little bit troubling. It is about five minutes walk to the subway station which was convenient. The hotel shuttle bus is good but not very practical. The staff are friendly and helpful in many ways. However, even with the address card the hotel provided, almost no taxi driver we have met was familiar with the hotel and also having difficulties locating it from their GPS. Maybe the hotel can provide some landmark close to it, say the Jewellery City building next door or the police station behind. Overall it was an enjoyable stay!

It's a pleasant stay with comfortable huge beds for a family of four. Only drawback is cab driver can never find the hotel. Will have to direct the driver to Gwang Jang market each time

Great location!
Great Hotel - english speaking staff greeted us everytime we passed by. We got a room with 2king sized beds and there was enough space for 4 luggages. The location is walking distance to subway stations, underground shopping, Dondaemun shopping and the Kwangjang market. My family and I loved that it was close by but not in the heavily congested tourists spots. There is also a free shuttle to Seoul Station and Myeongdong shopping areas. Our room did not come with breakfast but there is a Starbucks next door and a 7Eleven around the corner. We will def stay here again!

Chose this hotel because it's location close the public market. Enjoyed the traditional night snacks. And the subway and airport train station both around the corner of the hotel. Airport bus stop across street. The front desk speak very good English. 10 minutes walk to the palace museum. Next the Jewelry Center on and on and on.....

This hotel is actually quite good. As a 3/4 stars hotel, they provide a very comfortable room for me and my friend. Although the air conditioning was a bit terrible since we can't change the mode to air-con mode due to the fix warmer mode during winter in Korea, the room was actually better than my expectation. I do really recommend this hotel to you guys if you don't mind to walk about 5-10 mins from the station.

Good location good staff
Rooms were a little small but had good storage - just not a lot of space for giant suitcases. Staff was great. Walking distance to Insadong and Kwangjang market is across the street. Two subway stations a short walk away. Price was good - I'd stay there again. Starbucks next door and Paris Baguette and Dunkin Donuts around the corner.

Comfortable hotel
The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Nice view where you can see N Seoul Tower. They don't come with free tooth brush, so bring your own tooeh brush. Very close to Gwangjang market, only 150m. Airport bus to hotel is easy, simply take Bus no. 6002 with 5 mins walk. A slightly long walk from hotel to bus station back to airport, it will take you 10-15 mins. Taxi driver may not know the hotel, please take the hotel address card with you.

A pleasant stay
It's quite a challenge to find the location of the hotel for someone who don't know Korean at all. We alighted at the wrong bus-stop from the airport bus and tried taking taxi from where we were, unfortunately no taxi was willing to take us but told us something which we couldnt understand at all.... In the middle of the night at 1am, though there are still quite a number of people on the road, not many of them have heard of the hotel name and neither do they know the location.. we walked for almost an hour before we met 3 ladies who were helpful enough to give us the location of the hotel.. But once you get to the hotel, it is actually quite convenient to go around Seoul as the subway is only less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and most of them speak English well, making our stay in Seoul a pleasant one.
