Hotel common areas & guest room were clean. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was perfect before heading out for the day. The front desk helped us call a van cab to the airport and went above and beyond for any questions we had. Gangnam station is only one stop away on the subway - everything is close by and accessible. The only thing is that the rooms are slightly thin and I was able to hear people in the room next door during some mornings, but it didn’t bother us. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room had a lot of space and was clean. Beds and pillows made for a very good nights sleep. The staff were very attentive and quick to provide assistance. The only issue we had was that the room was prepared for two people when we had booked a family room for three, however the staff were very quick to correct this when asked. Overall great stay and would return.

It's down the block from 양재역 - makes it easy to get around Gangnam. Pool is on the roof top and has a great view of the city. Will stay here again. BTW, Parking is 10,000KRW a day

the staff was kind and efficient. I liked the caf, but thought the buffets were mediocre. The four points Sheraton has one you should look at. The pool and gym were excellent.

Location ! Location ! If you want to see the upscale night life the hustle bustle ? This is the place to stay !! Friendly staff ! All of them proficient in English and will guide you where you need to go ! Room was excellent , clean and when I say clean yes the sheets the floor clean ! The bus /train stop is 3-5 min walk ! If I go back , I will stay at this location at this hotel !

Clean, Friendly and easy access to transportation
Hotel was very clean and the room we got was very spacious. Most Korean hotel rooms are small but this hotel offered options that allowed us to be comfortable as a party of 4. The front desk was very helpful and the cleaning lady for our room was very thorough. We appreciated coming to a clean room after a long day. Located in Seochogu, the area is very clean and safe. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby.
