The onsen is heaven for soaking in after a hard days sightseeing. Subway is 5 minutes away and heaps of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes. Convenience stores across the road

The location was good. The bed was the worst , not comfortable at all, they only provide 1 single pillow for person and it was like a rock, if you need more pillows yo need to pay for them 😳, noise from pipes when toilets flushes

Good location. Easy busy service from the airport. Good bar at the Novotel beside the Dormy. Lots of food options. I could walk to my destination. Easy access to two metro lines. Highly recommend. Seemed like some room had an alarm set that went on forever. Also be aware that Seoul drivers use their horns and there is a steady stream of traffic on the roadm

Super clean, friendly staff- would stay here again
Polite, helpful, and kind staff. Super clean! Nice location. Different types of outlets to recharge devices. (Only comment that is less than excellent is the acoustic insulation between rooms is not great, but it’s no worse than many apartments.) Also, washer /dryers are available, so you can pack light!

Not the perfect hotel but certainly worth a 4.5 star rating. Every time I entered/left the hotel or restaurant, I would be greeted politely by the staff. The hotel’s located between and walkable (~5 mins) to Sinnonhyeon and Eonju metro stations (both Line 9). To get to the hotel, you could also take Bus 6703 from Incheon Airport and alight at Novotel Hotel (beside Dormy Inn). Breakfast was reasonably good but I liked the free Soba from 9pm every night. They also had free drinks near the lobby from 2pm. Rooms were neat and clean (room service always did a great job every day), though they were slightly small. Unfortunately, pillows were also quite hard but you could get softer ones outside the spa on a first come first serve basis. If you needed an iron, you could borrow a steam iron from the front desk. There’s no gym in the hotel if you’re looking for one.

I loved the breakfast and polite staff. The rooms and common areas were always well maintained. The only issue was that the hotel needs to advertise that it is at the top of a steep hill. That's a problem if you have heavy luggage.

The hotel is located in a busy area where a large amount of shopping including beauty & fashion , restaurants & cafe and entertainment is just nearby, within 5 to 10 mins of walking. Hotel itself came from a very popular hotel chain from Japan, condition of the hotel is pretty new. Room is compact and everything is well placed. I booked the room on the higher floor so can see a very pretty city view from the room. Room is not big but a sofa, a chair, sofa foot stool and coffee table and a desk are placed so there are plenty of room to sit and to place stuffs. The hotel offers free ramen on the main floor at 9pm for 2 hours where no reservation is needed. Even though there is just one kind of ramen is available, but they are made for your order. The only complain I have is the hotel is located on a uphill street with lots of uneven pavements along making it difficult and tiring to get in and out for foreigners like myself who doesnt drive. Overall I am happy with the stay and would like to search for this hotel chain the next time I go to Japan.

The room was very small but the customer service is so exemplary, it’s totally worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at the Dormy again. I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in the middle of the night while I was working, and the Front Desk brought up a personal router at 3 in the morning. The staff are all so kind and helpful.

Good Hotel near Gangnam
Hotel is well located near Gangnam. Closer station is Sinonhyeon station. Truly a hotel for family and Leisure trip. Not so suitable for business. Room is small, iron board is extremely small. However, Good working desk, clean room, good location. Near many restaurants. Overall still good hotel. Reasonable price.
