Tolles Hostel. Sauber, gepflegt, freundliches Personal. Es ist möglich, das Gepäck am Abreisetag einzuschließen. Bei Bedarf gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar Spray gegen Mücken uä. Ca. 10min Fußweg zur U-Bahn.

My family and I stayed at Banana Backpackers for five nights. The staff was very helpful. Directions were available for getting to a variety of sites using public transportation. An MTR/subway stop was within walking distance. We would stay here again if we visit Seoul.

窓が無い部屋で暗くてシャワーがチョロチョロしかでないところだった。 ソウル駅から歩くと30分は歩く事になる。 排水溝の匂いもするんでちょっと辛いかなと思う。 ただしオーナーの奥さんが日本人で普通に日本語が通じるので その面では非常に助かる。 積極的に泊まろうとは思わないが 他に良いところが無ければ押さえとしてはつい使えるかも。

Overall, everything is good. - Hostel is located near Sookmyung Women Univ. station (about 10 minutes walking), just one stop from Seoul station, it's convenient for transporting. - The host is super friendly as well as the guest. - Room is clean, enough spacious. Bathroom with hot shower. Shared kitchen with full of home appliance (microwave, oven...). Just one minus that is heater not working in first and last day, it makes the room too cold. However, this place is highly recommend if you just need one place to rest at night.

Caring people in a great location

Lovely people at Banana Backpackers! I must confess I did catch the flu and was a bit of a mess, but they were very helpful and caring! I stayed for 14 nights in total. You do, however, get what you pay for. The quality of the room and bathroom was average, but bearable. The heated floor wasn't done correctly (?) (Don't know how to word it), as only certain parts of the floor heated up. The location is good as it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station and there's plenty of restaurants around. It's also easy to order take-out on yogiyo. I'd recommend this place to those who aren't picky about the look/feel of the room and just need a place to rest!

Nice place to stay. Have a young hippy vibe to it. My kids love it there. About 10 minutes walk from the subway. Close enough to the centre of Seoul (only 1 station away from Seoul Station) and very quiet at night.

Decent Hostel.

This was a decent hostel. It has everything you need for your stay. The room is a bit small. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. The location of the hostel was great. A lot of convenient store and restaurant near by. Bus station is right outside and Seoul station is about 15min walk away.

Reasonable sized room and very helpful, friendly staff. Not far from the airport bus stop and a Metro station. Some sights within walking distance.

Stay was amazing, rooms were clean and good with enough space. Common kitchen was available with all utensils, staff was very friendly and helpful. Will surely stay here if we come to seoul.

가격대비 괜찮은듯하면서도 아쉬움이 남는 곳

화장실/샤워실이 복도로 바로 이어져 있음에도 환풍기가 없어서 환풍하려면 복도로 이어지는 창문을 열어야 된다는게 큰 단점이더군요. 뜨거운 물도 한참 틀어야 나오고 랩탑을 놔둘 간단한 책상도 없다는게 불편했습니다. 또한 저녁에는 히터가 안되기 때문에 추웠습니다. 가격에 비한다면 큰걸 기대할순 없겠지만 화장실 환풍이나 히터 같은 것들은 좀더 신경을 써주는게 좋을거 같습니다. 그밖에는 타올이나 칫솔, 샴푸 같은 것들을 편안하게 쓸수 있게 만들어놓은게 좋았습니다.

Bananas Backpackers in Seoul is fantastic value for money. First, it's a hostel with the lively hostel atmosphere. It feels cozy and homey, and there is a huge variety of genuinely interesting guests who meet and mingle on the terrace. There's also a common kitchen, and lots of helpful advice from everyone. Don't miss the custom leaflets the staff created hanging on the wall. Second, it has single rooms with en suite bathrooms, so you can still have privacy when you need it. Third, the location is great. You can walk to the central train station, and the neighborhood is quiet but still has lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Super place. I'd recommend it to all, and that's where I'll stay when I'm in Seoul.

เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารักให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอดถามทาง ก็ตอบแบบไม่เคยหงุดหงิดเลย ขนาดเราถามบ่อยมาก ประกอบกับสถานที่ก็ไม่ไกลจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ราคาย่อมเยา ชอบมากๆคะที่นี่

The water drop voice was scared me

There was no-one at the reception when we arrived in the afternoon despite that the reception is supposed to be staffed then. After waiting for 15 minutes we finally had to call the given phone number so that we could check in. In total it took almost 30 minutes before we were able to do so. Unclear it this was normal or an exceptional occurrence since no reason for this was given. The staff was friendly when they were there which they were after that though. The double bed was uncomfortable - very hard and you could feel the hard springs in the bed. It is located relatively close to Seoul station - around 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes walking up and down a hill.

very convenient

Very well organized and friendly. Lot of information directly available and some free maps. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Woman university station. It is also just 20 to 30min away from Seoul Station, it's not to walk everyday, but if your flight arrives late and you are just left with night bus from airport (N6001), it is still possible to reach the hostel without subway. It's what we did both way (check in at 4am, check out at 2:30am) in order to catch some very cheap HK express flight. The hostel was very quite, probably not full, almost didn't meet anyone in the lounge or on the 3rd floor terasse. The kitchen is very convenient, and it is worth to mention that salt/pepper and other condiments are available. The cooking plate isn't very strong but well enough for simple cooking, you are sure to have enough to cook your breakfast. The available coffee machine and ground coffee produce delicious coffee. Just remember to avoid letting mosquito get in your room as the wall decoration offers many little place for them to hide! Would definitely come back if we get the opportunity.

Room Is clean and feel comfortable, only the backpacker hostel a bit far from the subway. Everything is good, nearby have a lot of mini market , and restaurant. Can be said 3.5 out of 5 star.

従業員の態度はとても好感が持てました。 建物が老朽化してるので、快適なステイにはなりませんでした。 特に風呂場、ゴキブリが数匹いました。

Clean room in a nice area

To stay at Banana Backpackers was very nice and comfortable. The surrounding area was calm with a variety of restaurants and cafes around the corner and the beautiful Namsan park was just a short walk away. The room was very clean, as well as the common kitchen, and it was very nice to have a key of my own so there was no need to go through the reception to get in and out. And the staff was always very kind and helpful. The only negative thing about Banana Backpackers was that the room was very badly soundproof so you could actually hear the person next door snoring at night. But other than that was it a very nice stay.

The toilet floor has no tiling, disgusting and looks run down, and not well lighted. It looks rather dark for certain rooms. Therefore for those who are very particular about the toilet cleanliness and condition, Banana backpackers is not the choice. This hotel is not children friendly and i wont be going back to this hotel.

いつでもコーヒーが飲めます

近くのバス停や行き先の写真入り説明書が置いてあり参考になりました。シャンプー、歯ブラシ、トイレットペーパーなど多くの備品の補充や貸出しが自由にできるので便利です。ドリップコーヒーや紅茶など自由に飲めるのもうれしい。 バスルームは部屋に隣接する小屋のような感じです。バスタブ付きですが、お湯にはって使うには勇気を必要とする「きれいさ」だったので、シャワースペースとしてのみ使いました。 窓は小さくて、眺望も×ですが、部屋の中でずっと過ごすのでないならそう気にはなりません。短期の滞在には良いと思います。
