"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak...

"The ocean view was absolutely unforgettable! It was so peaceful hearing the waves roll in, almost like sleeping right on the beach, but with all the comfort of a cozy bed."

"The hotel's location is perfect when going around Gongwon province. Very convenient and clean."

"The area is a brilliant location. I came during the snowy season. The hotel lady was kind enough to get the room warm by turning on the heater before we came. However, the shower water was at best lukewarm during my morning shower the following day. The water didn't heat up really."

"My kids and I had a 4 night stay at the Naksan hotel. The hotel is cute although the room was tiny. We had an awesome view of the beach as well as direct access. It made the whole trip more enjoyable. "

"Location right next to sea rooftop pool was good staff were very helpful with local knowledge and organizing taxis,resort is up and coming so a lot of building work around the area but didn't disturb us at all and beach was clean and tidy."

"강릉 반려견동반호텔에 1박하고 양양쪽 알아보다가 주말급예약이라 음식해먹을수있는곳 찾았는데 모텔개조한 펜션이라 협소하고 바닷가도 큰도로 건너야해서 불편했네요 급날씨 더워지고 잠자리도 불편해서 숙박은않하고 집으로 돌아옴 다음에 미리 잘알아보고 가야할듯요 ㅠ"
