"Very convenient place and easy to access between 7am-6pm. However, it is hard to transit and get there after 9pm and most shops close after 8pm (you will experience no man's land at Incheon Airport T2)."

"The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel shuttle between the airport and the hotel only runs once an hour, so getting to and from the airport wasn’t very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had a small fitness center."

"Some construction going on at the time in the ballroom, but did not cause any disruption or inconvenience. Staff on reception helpful when available, but were often busy and not always around. Food options great, breakfast options excellent with both local and Western style options. Hotel in a convenient location, very clean with great facilities, short walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to get the shuttle bus to the airport terminals. Would definitely stay again on next business trip!"

"Great location near the Incheon Airport and convenient to close train station Unseo station. Rooms are clean and minor free breakfast set up in Lobby. Grab your own style. Toast bread, cheese, basic cereal. Coffee/water/Orange Juice Very close to Daiso and Lotte mart for small shopping."
