Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...

"The gusset house is a street away opposite a town center area, which makes it very easy for getting food to eat. There are 2 24-hour eatery in the town center area, and many other restaurants next to each other. The area has many other hotels, but this place is located in the quiet neighborhood, not the main town area. The owner is very nice, and he picks you up and takes you back to the airport. I highly recommend this place for transit short stay."

"This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle).
