Stayed for 3 nights, loved the room, pool, and quiet location! Was within walking distance of a few restaurants and neat coffee shops but had to drive to most places. Most of them took 10-15 min to drive to. Staff was extremely helpful and polite!

My family of five stayed at the two bedroom suite. The view was absolutely beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

My family and I stayed at GoldOne and we were very happy and satisfied with the service and amenities at GoldOne. It made our stay at Jeju extremely comfortable and pleasant. Everything was above our expectation. We were happy with the cleanliness, the well thought out design of the property and rooms, and how well maintained the property and the rooms were. Even the smart toilets were exceptionally nice. Above all, the staff was excellent. All were courteous, polite, professional, accommodating, and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome, and were very helpful with our needs. One of the staff even made a phone call for my wife on his personal phone when she needed to reach a business in Seoul. He may have been management, regardless, he was very kind and helpful. We ate the breakfast buffet every morning of our stay, and it was one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Korea. it catered to both western and Korean palate. The food was fresh, high quality, and very tasty. We will stay at GoldOne again when we come back to Jeju. Thank you to GoldOne and all the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay such a wonderful experience. We left with very good memories of our stay.

It was my friend’s birthday and upon learning about it the hotel manager allowed an early check in and provided vouchers for free cocktails. That was a very nice gesture on his part. The property and the 2 room suite we booked are very dated. On the plus size the suite is big for our party of 4. The hotel has a pool but by its size it looks more like a soaking pool than one you could actually swim to exercise. The property is surrounded by some restaurants within walking distance hence it is convenient to grab dinner there.

The property is of recent construction and is very well kept. The guest room was spacious and with a great ocean view. It had a unique bathtub facing the sea.

Hotel did an amazing job creating a beautiful atmosphere for guests. Views were amazing and the secret garden path to the ocean was also a great treat. Pool was warm and delightful. Room service was good, however for the price of the fruit platter I expected higher quality fruits. Front desk service was great for the most part, however a younger man who worked there (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was quite unhelpful and was not welcoming at all; an older gentleman and a young lady were both attentive and kind. If you are booking this hotel for the personal jacuzzis, don’t. The jets do not work. According to front desk it would leak moss. Overall, for the price I would say it is worth it.
