"The hotel was a perfect location right on the water. The amenities were always clean and presentable and the staff was always very accommodating and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and was one of our best hotel stays yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jeju."

"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

"The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded convenient store on the resort grounds. "
