Bad experience

It was a horrible experience for us to choose this hotel. It’s not look like a resort as it was described on the site. I came to check in and my taxi driver could not find the entrance of the lobby. I was standing out of the rain with my 5 years old kid for 30 minutes, finally the driver contacted the receptionist and was told where the lobby was , but it's not the end, they gave us the key and we must walked under the rain to go to our door at anothed building 7 minutes away, the room was smelly and mold, floor was old and dirty , the bed was uncomfortable. it's very bad customer serice, bad location btw. plz hesitate to book here if you don't want to have a forgettable experience

직원, 특히 조식 식당에서 일하시는 젊은 외국인여자분이 상냥하고 친절해서 기분좋게 하루를 시작할 수 있었어요. 조식도 가짓수는 적지만 한식, 빵, 과일 골고루 있어서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 주변 교통은 다소 불편하지만 한적한 곳에 있어서 조용하고, 객실도 깨끗한 편이었으며 리조트에 편의점과 치킨집이 있어서 좋았습니디.

산방산 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어 공기도 좋고 창 밖 풍경이 일품 이었어요 편의점 식당이 있어 숙소 이용에 매우 편리 했습니다 힐링 여행이 됐어요

시설은 나쁘지 않은데, 방음이 문제

경관도 좋고 넓고 방도 청결했습니다. 단, 냉장고 소음이 심해서 코드 뽑아뒀어요! 방에 방음이 전혀 안되어서 복도식으로 된 곳의 소음이 방으로 다 전해졌어요! 밤에 다른 숙객들도 인해 몇번 놀라고 깼어요!

제주도 여행중 우연하게 숙박을 하게된 "담모라 리조트" 총8명의 직원과 담모라 리조트 숙박 평가는 "최고예요" 입니다 다시 제주도를 방문한다면 다시 숙박하고픈 리조트입니다 총8명이 숙박하는 데 방3개에 화장실3개 거실과 외부 배란다, 총6개의 침대와 넓은 화장실과 청결함 직원전체가 감동 자체였고 아침에 조식역시 퀄리티가 좋았습니다 숙박당일 비가내려서 외부 잔디밭에서 산방산을 보면서 숯불 바베큐파티를 못하고 온것이 못내 아쉬웁네요 넘 넘 가성비 짱, 퀄리티 짱 추천드립니다.

공사중인 방이 많아서 예약한 방보다 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 시켜주셨어요~ 날씨 좋은 날 묵었다면 더욱 좋았을텐데 비오는 날이라 산방산뷰를 다 못 느꼈네요ㅠㅠ 다음 여행 때 또 예약할 마음 있습니다! 산방산 뷰 대박!!! 앞에 수영장도 있어서 여름에 가면 더욱 좋을 것 같아요

굿

숙박비에 비해 너무 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 화장실 바닥까지 따끈따근한 숙소는 처음 봤어요.. 좀 오래된 숙소인것 같은데 가성비가 높은곳 ㅎ.. 숙소 앞 흑돼지 파는 식당도 좋고 어쨌든 좋았습니다.

가격대비 괜찮았으나 시설이 노후화 되어있고 커튼벽면에 곰팡이가 너무나 많이펴있었어요 환경적인 면이나 접근성은 좋습니다 산방산 근처라서 숙소에서 고라니도 보고 대체적으로는 괜찮습니다
