It was a little inaccessible without a car but the reception staff were super helpful and can order taxis to the main city for you. It’s a really nice break from Seoul and the facilities are really nice. If we had more time we definitely would come back in the future! "

"I appreciate the Swiss theme and decor. However, our room didn’t seemed like it was cleaned well. The bed had a stale odor. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and mold in the refrigerator and freezer, which were both turned off. We ended up leaving to another lodging option. "

"There were fruit flies all over in the room. The power outlets were not working. Since the room was “Ondol type”, usually there is a thin matress provided to sleep on the floor. But, we got a thin bedsheet to put on the floor instead of a mattress. The room is smaller and older than in the pictures. Very uncomfortable experience. The hostess seems very friendly but not helpful. "

"We had a great time in this beautiful place! The owners are the sweetest and kindest people we’ve ever met❤️ Their customer service is SUPERB! The whole condo unit was so clean and smelt so good. Also, the ambience was beautiful we all enjoyed the scenery of this place it gave us the L.A vibes. Moreover, everything that we needed for our weekend trip was provided like kitchen utensils,plates,cups and so on. They even let us use the Karaoke machine for free of charge! I highly recommend this...
