"A nice authentic family run hotel. Very clean and tidy. The Staff and family were very helpful and accommodating. Only niggles was a 2 hour delay with checking in, a complementary drink would have been a nice offer as travelled a long time. Also no price lists anywhere, as far we could see, so unsure of what things cost eg drinks, additional meals, beach chairs/brolly, the language was a bit of a barrier, need to learn Italian. We would definitely go again and recommend it."

"Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti alla fine della stagione estiva e siamo stati piacevolmente stupiti dalla struttura. Camera spaziosa, semplice e pulita. Bagno con vasca e vista mare sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta assieme alla colazione continentale di alto profilo. La tv prende poco ed è piccola ma conpensa con la piscina coperta (con obbligo di cuffia) e all'aperto a pochi passi, nonche la spiaggia convenzionata molto pulita e ordinata. La stanza e ben insonorizzata. Torneremo certamente"

"We stayed in a water-facing room! The room was spacious and light and very clean. The air conditioning kept us cool. The shower was a good size and water pressure was nice! The location of this hotel is perfect! It is directly across the street from the water. There is a street right along the front that is vehicle restricted and a wonderful place to walk. The street is strung with lights and there are many bars within walking distance. The pool at the hotel was good. It is behind the hotel and surrounded by buildings, but beautifully landscaped; they did the best they could with what was there. We enjoyed talking with Stoytcho the bartender there and loved our drink service! Hotel breakfast was great and the servers there were so friendly! Our one imperfect point was that our room was on floor one with a very large balcony. That in itself was perfect- yet you could not see out of the balcony if you sat in the provided chairs. The balcony was lined with beautiful plants that made it so you had to stand to see out. This could easily be remedied if the hotel put some taller chairs on these specific patios. (We would still stay here again in a heartbeat, but it’s worth noting that your view is obstructed in these specific rooms) Off property- we must recommend Ristorante Moletto for dinner! It is right on the pier with amazing food and ambiance. We went there both nights! Magical! We highly recommend this hotel and will dream of returning!"

"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace in Ancona was simply excellent. We were a group of five people, staying in two rooms, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a wonderful sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. The hotel’s location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the port, the historic old town, and many restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Ancona. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Palace to anyone visiting Ancona and looking for comfort, quality service, and an outstanding location."

"This is a beautiful hotel, right near the beach as well as centro storico. Very nice accommodations, very clean, very comfortable, great staff, very professional and accommodating. "This place is excellent! It is so convenient to go to the historic center, the beach, and nearby restaurants. The condition of the place is very good although they had construction materials in the gym. The amenities were good. You get shampoo/body soap, lotion, slippers, vanity set, towels, and water! A robe would have been nice. The staff were excellent, big shout out to Lorenzo, Martina, Violeta, and Charlotta for making our stay more comfortable. The beach view cannot be beat and the gym facility is great although water and towels would have been appreciated. Thank you Crystallo team!"
