Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience about the hot water and the technical issue with the car rental company. At the same time, we are happy to hear as well that our maintenance team was able to assist and solved the issue at this night within an hour, we are always ready to fix any unexpected issue that may happen in our hotels in order to create memorable stays for our guests. And glad to hear as well that our front office team was able to assist you to find immediately an alternative car rental company on the same day; as we spoke during your stay, unfortunately, the external car company canceled your card last minute, and we started to work as soon as they mentioned a new car for you, once again happy that we find a solution within a couple of hours.
