Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely "

"Very nice place, peaceful, quiet place (looks quite new at the time of writing - May 2015). Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch. In general somebody put exceptional effort to make a stay in this place a pleasure. The price was also very fair. One of the best places we've been around Bali/Lombok area. "Fantastic place would highly recommend, huge pool and has a great beach area as well. Very friendly staff, we did a couple of the day trips by boat which was highly enjoyable. Very big rooms, everything was modern and the food menu was great"
