"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers.
The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel.
Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity,
wifi - very poor access.
and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com.
bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet.
Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...
