"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly.
Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am.
No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"

"This was our 3rd visit to the Pergola. Love the location away from the main road and the view from the hotel across to the church and Gozo in the background is amazing.
We had breakfast included and the choice was excellent.
The hotel is part of a group called G3 and we have eaten at several of their restaurants and the standard is also excellent.
Won’t be our last visit either."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella. "The room and property was very clean. I got club access which was beneficial. I got to use the lounge for drinks, relaxation and pre-dinner snacks. "Non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani ne fornito altra carta igienica se non sotto esplicita richiesta. Segnalato frigorifero non funzionante ma nessuno ha controllato. Il giorno del check out ben 3 receptionist sono venute a bussare per ricordarci l'orario di uscita, eravamo puntuali, nessuna prova di ritardo e nessuna richiesta di late check out, tra l'altro la stanza era dotata di telefono quindi perché disturbarci di persona?

"In the centre of Marsalforn with a nice beach outside. Local restaurants, walking trails and buses elsewhere on the island are really accessible. There's a place to book a boat tour around the island and to Comino pretty much outside which was a touch. Roof terrace with the bar and pool were good to relax. Only down sides were that breakfast was a bit basic and the charging sockets were inconveniently placed in the room."
