"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"Breakfast was minimal continental. Room was moderately clean. The mini fridge was so loud-even with the TV on-that we had to unplug it. The walls much not have much soundproofing because after trying to sleep by 10, the next room kept us up until 2 am with their loud TV and arguing. "

"Parking was easy. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was 'out of order', there was no waffle mix to make waffles, poor selection of any pastries or muffins. Not worth going to breakfast downstairs.
It was quite for sleeping, the bed was a bit soft and not comfortable. I woke up with an aching back x 2 nights.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
The location is perfect to get to things in the area."

"I typically do not leave reviews good or bad. However, myself and my family were impressed with the quality of this stay. The check in was easy, the staff kind. Our room had plenty of space, was very clean, and comfortable.
The entire building was updated and looked beautiful. I liked that it was tucked away and felt very safe, and the price was great!
We did not have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast. The only thing they didn’t have was a hot tub but not a deal breaker for us ;)"

"The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."
