Find somewhere else to stay.

This is not a good hotel at all. I think it was very overpriced for what it offered. Not even a bottle of water in the bedroom. No iron, no coffee, queen sized bed (two singles put together with a single duvet. Really .. whatā€™s the point of paying for a queen sized bed when you can only use it is a single. Nobody speaks English at the hotel (apart from on last day I met somebody who spoke English) No reception at all (no one to greet you). Everything is done on a checking in machine. I donā€™t particularly like this.. itā€™s impersonal and not very welcoming. The restaurant attached wasnā€™t good either. Menu is in German and not available in English and the restaurant manager cannot speak English to translate it. When I did order food it came VERY quickly. A mixed grill for instance arrived on my table within 3-4 minutes after ordering so clearly pre-cooked and reheated. Lastly a 500ml Coca Cola costsā€¦. Wait for it ā€¦. ā‚¬5.90. Do yourself a favourā€¦ if you need to stay in the area, youā€™re better off staying at Hotel Sud. At least there one feels welcome. I felt very unwelcome at this hotel and it was pretty expensive too. PS. They donā€™t do toast at breakfast either, nor bacon.

ā€‹Service och problemlƶsning: Hotellet Ƥr helt obemannat, vilket fƶrst gjorde oss lite skeptiska nƤr ett sprucket rƶr hade orsakat en vattenlƤcka i rummet vi bokat. Men personalen pĆ„ jourlinjen ska ha ett stort berƶm ā€“ de lƶste situationen otroligt snabbt och uppgraderade oss direkt till ett nytt rum utan nĆ„gra problem. ā€‹Rummet: NƤr vi vƤl kom in i det nya rummet var upplevelsen mycket positiv. Det var bĆ„de frƤscht, modernt och kƤndes vƤlskƶtt. ā€‹OmrĆ„det och restaurang: LƤget Ƥr ganska avsides och det ligger en bra bit ifrĆ„n det mesta. Stort plus dock fƶr den otroligt mysiga puben/restaurangen som ligger i samma byggnad ā€“ perfekt att ta en bit mat eller en dryck i pĆ„ kvƤllen utan att behƶva ta sig ivƤg. ā€‹Frukosten: Frukosten var utan tvekan det bƤsta med hela vistelsen! Det var kanske ingen jƤttestor buffĆ©, men den var genomtƤnkt och innehƶll i princip allt man kan tƤnkas behƶva fƶr en riktigt bra start pĆ„ dagen. ā€‹Sammanfattning: Trots en strulig start med vattenlƤckan gjorde den snabba servicen, det moderna rummet och den fantastiska frukosten att vi var vƤldigt nƶjda. RejƤla pluspoƤng fƶr puben i huset!

Sistema di check-in solo digitale senza personale. Alle 20.00 gia' non c'era nessuno e non era facile fare da solo il check-in con il loro totem digitale. La spersonalizzazione all'ennesima potenza. Per il resto l'Hotel e' bello, pulito e ben tenuto. Il personale ( quando c'e') e' gentile. Colazione discreta

Frequento spesso questo Hotel perchĆ© le stanze sono accoglienti e l'Hotel in stile baita di montagna mi ĆØ sempre piaciuto, ma o avrĆ² la certezza che hanno fatto cambiamenti per la colazione o non ci tornerĆ² piĆ¹, 24 euro per dell'affettato scadente, bacon e croissant non ci sono, macchinetta dei succhi che si inceppa ogni due secondi, caffĆØ espresso che non ĆØ un espresso...anche no... tornerĆ² al Ramada o allo Stainzerhof Hotel, lƬ le stanze sono belle e la colazione dieci volte meglio e piĆ¹ economica

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, der abschalten lƤsst

Ɯberraschendes Ambiente, Tirolerhaus fĆ¼r die Gastwirtschaft. Alles in allem ein nettes, gemĆ¼tliches Haus, das ichnicht unbedingt als Businesshotel einstufen wĆ¼rde, es aber durchaus annehmen kann.
