Driving in Segovia is a nightmare. This is one of the only hotels that has onsite parking. Through my own mismanagement I failed to reserve parking and had it not been for the efforts of the front desk staff I probably would have had to forfeit the second day of our stay. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate me. The hotel is remarkably modern considering its location. It is clean and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.
This is a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Alcazar, and a short walk to the Roman Aqueducts and the ancient Jewish quarter. The hotel is situated between two parallel roads, one of which was being re- surfaced whike we were there, but workmen were helpful in allowing us access. A playground is nearby for those with kids.
The staff was sensational. Miquel was helpful in many ways. The views from the terrace / garden of the castle were breath-taking. Only 5 minute walk to the castle. And only 5 minute walk the other direction to the cathedral and old town square.
Street on front of hotel was under constraction. Strong industrial nose all day. Wifi was almost not working in the room. Windows of the room looked in the wall of neighboring building.
Very nice room although for some reason the A/C would cycle off at night and I would wake up hot. I am not sure how it was regulated. Breakfast was not included but I think the cost was ~9E. I did not find the staff particularly friendly and one of the desk attendants on the evening shift seemed particularly surly. When we checked in he provided very little in the way of advice or commentary and during our second night he was even more unfriendly. Perhaps because we were not Spanish and spoke very limited Spanish? The property was nice and the other members of the staff were nice enough but generally I wouldn't say they went out of their way to be helpful. Also, be prepared to pay for everything extra including water.
Fabulous location with a stunning view of the Alcazar from our balcony. Don Filipe was a short walk to all the sites in the old city of Segovia and near wonderful restaurants. The friendly helpful staff made our stay comfortable.
Hotel location was excellent for the things we wanted to see, could walk everywhere, all the staff very friendly and helpful, good self service breakfast was good value for money and we were glad we decided to include it. Parking was difficult to find, but following signs to the Alcazar will get you there.
A great hotel. Though it is a few minutes walk from downtown, this is an advantage, as it is nice and quiet. It is also practically next door to the castle, and you can easily step out to watch the sunset.

Location location good services and nice hotel, close to all main atractions
The hotel locates in the center of the old city in a quiet alley.
Clean and tastefully decorates.
The rooms are comfy and warm.
The receptionist helped us with all our questions with a smile.
I would definitely return.
Great location in old part of city. Access by car is tricky. Room was good but dark. Better rooms have a view out. Hotel very well furnished and decorated. Staff helpful.
This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is suburb and the views are great. They have parking (a rare thing in the city center) and even have a Tesla charger! The garage was full when we arrived but we were able to find convenient free street parking. I was especially impressed by the the young woman working to check us in (wish I had gotten her name). I needed some help with translating a form required for COVID testing and she was very helpful. Also suggested several good places to eat. Segovia is a beautiful town.
This is an absolutely wonderful property to stay at in Segovia. So close to all the historic areas and the Alcazar. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site and there is an elevator from the garage to the floors. The patio is comfortable and gives you a good view of the valley. Numerous restaurant choices within 8-10 minute walk.
This quaint hotel is conveniently located between the cathedral and castle. Our back patio had spectacular views of the castle. Breakfast was included and had many choices.
Although our fridge didn’t work, the staff was accommodating and gave us ice. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice quality hotel, even has a coffee machine. Too bad only one chair to sit on, but very comfortable stay, close to Alcazar which is a must see. Easy walk to the aqueduct. Enjoyed our stay here.
This amazing boutique hotel has an excellent center location in the historic city of Segovia. It is very well run, with superb customer service and amenities. The double bed room was large with a superb mattress, soft cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was also large, with a good shower pressure. You cannot beat the value for this jewel hotel. We were very impressed and highly recommended it.
Charming property with a garden overlooking the castle. It was walkable to everything, staff was attentive, and we had a great time. Don't sleep through the breakfast- it's worth it.
A very nice remodeled and modernized hotel in an excellent, picturesque location of Segovia. Had a view of the castle out our window. Incredible. Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!
Excellent Hotel close to the Alcazar. Service very friendly and efficient. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. Only quibble would have liked a larger bed
Nice modern hotel. Nice location equidistant between the castle and cathedral. Secure parking. Beautiful view of the Spanish countryside. Best of all, great coffee machine.
Great hotel at a great location! WiFi works well. Room was sometimes cold due to central air-conditioning. Definitely recommended, a wonderful choice for your next visit to Segovia!
Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff with clean rooms. Balcony with a great view. Drivers be warned, very old streets make navigation difficult but they have a parking garage at the back of the building.
Great location. A bit difficult to drop off luggage and check in if you are on your own. There is a small park area just before the front of the hotel that is temporarily good if a spot is free. My room was closest to the reception and so a bit noisy with people traffic walking past.
