There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. "Es gab offensichtliche Mängel, die man auch nicht beseitigen wollte. Das Schlafsofa ist nur ein Feldbett und nur auf Anfrage erhältlich, obwohl für 4x gebucht wurde. Der Balkon ist unsicher, brüchig mit offener Elektrik. Mit den Treppen, dem engen Fahrstuhl, den Zimmern, dem Service ist es NICHT familienfreundlich. Die Luft im gesamten Hotel ist stickig und muffig, obwohl es nicht heiß war (verregnet). Es gab Mängel wie z.B. ein kaputtes Waschbecken (Wasser lief nicht ab), die wir gemeldet...
