Terrible hotel. Doesn't even deserve 2 stars. The AC was leaking, the room's carpet had tons of stains and the room had an unpleasant musky odor.

Convenient for early flights - 10mins from airport
We had a one night stay near the airport, about 8-10 mins away. The Hotel is easy to find, clean, Staff are friendly. We were there for a few hours and managed to grab a bit at the restaurant; The Seafood Club. Don't miss it while you're there. The food was amazing.

Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable also toilet and shower area very clean. Value for money. The only thing we did not like is the carpets in corridors and bedroom for the heat and humidity the smell is not pleasant. Could do with other facilities such as spar treatment. Overall we loved are stay in Grandeeza , very friendly staff, helpful and polite. Food was great, specially the fish and coffee Lab. We would certainly stay at Grandeeza again.

Bad experience, air conditioning are not working, after long journey I was wait nearly three hours get new room . Poor management, food really expensive , taste less, funny very small portions, they trying to show us like five star luxury but honestly not, I travel around the world, My worst experience.

Good location, beautiful sunset views, very friendly and helpful staff. Carpet seemed to be a bit dirty. Bathroom amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds etc could have been provided. Wifi speed was very intermittent and sometimes no connection.

Unusual property . Looks very grand . Lots of staff . Biggest breakfast choice ever but it seems sterile . Bedroom Carpets ( originally fawn ) look awful . Didn’t like having a large questionnaire thrust at me by a third person as I’m trying to check out and sort out taxi ..... almost creepy . No Wi-fi in huge lobby . However it’s fine as a stayover for airport but one night only .

This is a new hotel. The rooms are very spacious and bright. Everything about this hotel is first class, but the rates are reasonable. The internet is fast and the pool along the lagoon is lovely.

Ok for just 1 night but overall not impressed. Carpets in our room were filthy and overall standard of cleanliness of room not great. We had a lizard in our room. As hotel not busy a change of room could have been offered but wasn't. The breakfast was awful. I had omelette and bacon which was barely luke warm and bread not fresh. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was blasting loud music at some function until 12:00 midnight inspite of many requests to turn down the volume. As a result it was difficult to sleep at night.

Lovely, welcoming staff can't make up for a dirty,
A warm Sri Lankan welcome and lovely food throughout just wasn't enough to merit recommending this place. No hot water, bugs everywhere, mouldy walls, dirty, sweaty pillowcases, all let down a hotel with nice grounds and a charming poolside bar .

The service and restaurant was good, as well as the lobby and venue. But the rooms did not smell good, carpet had a lot of spots, and it took a long time for the room to cool down. Also, if there is an event going on, you will hear it all night.

Everything was extremely fantastic, facility was exact and was better than the pictures displayed. No complaints at all. Best service for a very competitive price. Very flexible service also. Spacious room. Nice staff
Nice hotel close to CMB airport. Large clean room. Resteraunt is not very impresssive. Airport pickup and drop off is 15 is dollar each. Overall highly reliable and recommended.

Grandeeza alright!
Certainly a grand hotel, spacious room, king size bed, and blue LED mirror lighting in the bathroom!! Good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Staff were very courteous and professional, (grooming was out of a fashion magazine!). Wish we'd tried the seafood restaurant there, but we were so tired, we went for room service, which was speedy compared to most hotels.

Great hotel!
We stayed at Grandeeza luxury hotel for just one night as we were leavingfor Nuwara Eliya the next day . The room was very spacious neat and clean. The bed mattress was very comfortable and rhe bathroom was sparkling clean. We arrived late night on 10th May 2018 and were extremely happy to see our room. The next morning when we opened the curtains we got to see a good view of the swimming pool and the lagoon. The brakfast buffet had a good variety and it was tasty. Overall a very good and comfortable stay very close to the airport. We wil definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Good place to stay in Negambo
Its an average hotel with good basic amminities. I booked the lagoon view since we were given 2nd floor there is not much of a view. Very spacious room. Breakfast was good. Hotel food is very expensive so better to try out side restaurants which are plenty. Their food is equally good and cheap. This property is new and spacious. If you inject pofessional managment and interior decoration it can be improved tremendously.
